I started my career in the BPO industry with Sutherland Global Services in Clakfield Pampanga back in 2008. I was with them for 16 months & I have no regrets in my stay with them. My learning began with them & I learned a lot during that stay. I handled a technical account, Microsoft Zune which I enjoyed very much specially when it comes to monetary incentives based on performance.
